Be Noble Charitable Cannabis Brand
Concept: Movement against Cannabis related injustice
In 2010 Bernard Noble is arrested for carrying 2.8 grams of cannabis, enough for only two joints. Under Louisiana’s harsh drug laws, Bernard Noble is sentenced to 13 years hard labour without parole. His case became infamous across the US as an example of the draconian drug laws that still exist in some states. After 7 years of fighting, his case is reviewed and he is finally released. However, there are still thousands of people incarcerated for similar non-violent cannabis related offences.
Be Noble is a movement created to stand up to the injustice that exists in many states in the US. Through celebrity support, sales of recreational cannabis products, apparel and merchandise we aim to grown the brand hand-in-hand with awareness of the issue. Be Noble is here to provide legal funding, advice and support so that people with unduly harsh sentences for non-violent cannabis related offences can fight for freedom.
