Only The Glenlivet can claim to be the oldest Scotch producer in the world with every drop originating from their Speyside spring. Working with Blacksheep, we designed a distillery experience that took visitors on a journey of 140 years, with stories weaved from the fabric of Glenlivet. From the history of George Smith, smuggling runs and copper dogs, to modern production and blending techniques, the distillery experience is the story of Glenlivet’s home. We designed a tour space that blends relaxed homeliness with breathtaking visual statements. It connects visitors to both whisky and the surrounding wilderness that creates it. From a fireside reception area as cosy as a Scottish lounge, visitors weave through a field of glowing golden barley on a journey of discovery. Natural materials and local craftsmanship echo brand messages of time, environment, and endless patience.
